Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) arrested five criminals belonging to the Lyari gang war during a crackdown here on Sunday and recovered weapons.
RPO Fakkhar Sultan said the police and intelligence agencies personnel reacting to an intelligence tip-off conducted operations in suburbs of Attock during which five criminals stated to be members of Lyari gang war were apprehended.
Over information provided by the detainees, weapons buried underground were also recovered, the RPO said.
The nabbed culprits were shifted to police station and further investigation was in progress.
