After toss, Independent candidate for general councillor Ahtisham Satti on Wednesday won the contest in Union Council 32 Islamabad.
According to details, Satti and his political rival Kamran Shahzad who belongs to PTI bagged 9,393 votes in fist ever Local Government polls in Islamabad.
After tie, a coin toss conducted by Returning Officer (RO) an independent candidate stood victorious.
