Italian police hands over APS attack suspect to FIA

Alleged terrorist Usman Ghani with links to a banned organization was arrested in Italy with the help of Interpol and was brought back to Pakistan early Thursday morning.

According to local media, Ghani was handed over to Pakistani authorities at the Benazir International Airport in Islamabad at about 3:00AM on Thursday morning. He will be handed over to agencies later today.

Ghani is reportedly wanted for his involvement in multiple terrorist activities in Pakistan including Army Public School attack.

Ghani hails from Mardan’s Dher village.

Sources claim the arrest is likely going to lead authorities to other accomplices of Ghani.
