PM assures air chief for building capacity of PAF, praises role in Operation Zarb-e-Azb
Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt called on the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the Prime Minister’s House on Wednesday.
Professional matters related to Pakistan Air Force (PAF) came under discussion.
The prime minister said the government would continue to provide funds for building the capacity of PAF so that it can effectively meet future challenges.
The prime minister appreciated the important role being played by PAF in operation Zarb-e-Azb and implementation of National Action Plan to counter terrorism and extremism.
