Despite the time span of two days, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has failed to decide the substitute of the national player Junaid Khan, a private channel reported on Wednesday.

Junaid Khan was ruled out of the World Cup 2015 after failing to pass a fitness test following a leg injury.

PCB stated that the national team has left for Sydney after playing two one-day International (ODI) series against New Zealand.

PCB added that the authority earlier decided to replace Junaid Khan with Bilawal Bhatti but his bad performance in second ODI against NZ has forced the administration to mull the decision.

Moreover, sources reported that team management is taking the names of Sohail Tanveer and Rahat Ali under consideration as a replacement of Junaid Khan.
