Opposition leader in the National Assembly Khusheed Shah has reiterated that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) would not become part of any alliance to abolish democratic system.
Talking to reporters at SukkurAirport, Shah said the PPP would not sacrifice democracy for any treasury seat. Shah said the politicians should show seriousness at this time, adding that unjustified sit-ins and whatever happening in the name of change of system in the country is wrong.
The PPP would be on the front foot to save the democratic process in the country if there was any threat to the democracy, Shah resolved.
Shah said some politicians were taking out protest demonstrations due to the government’s non-seriousness.
