An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Friday awarded capital punishment to two convicts for killing police officials.
The verdict was announced by ATC Judge Khalid Yaseen. The two criminals, Umar and Fazil, had killed police constables Arif and Muhammad Khan in the jurisdiction of Mochko Police Station during snap checking. They had also fled with the weapons of the two slain policemen. The judge also announced seven year sentence to the two accused for stealing police weapons.
