Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Wednesday condemned the killing of nine members of a family.
He said that such an inhuman act of terror was absolutely condemnable and seemed a well-thought-out conspiracy to disrupt and sabotage the on-going peace efforts.
Imran said that civil and military forces along with civilians have been bearing the brunt of threatening and vehemently imposed war against terror and called for instant peace in the country.
Paying tribute to the sacrifices made by law enforcers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he said that they should be guarded against on-going spree of terror and peace be restored at all cost.
Such incidents, according to him were blatant efforts to derail direly needed peace process that has yet to enter into a meaningful phase.
Stressing upon successful conclusion of negotiations, Chairman PTI said that move for peace should go on and all attempts by inhuman, anti-state forces should be rebuffed explicitly.
Separately, Punjab PTI President Ejaz Chaudhry, General Secretary Dr Yasmeen Rashid and Secretary Information Andleeb Abbas condemned the bombings in Peshawar.
In a press statement, PTI leaders said that bomb blasts is a conspiracy against peace.
They stressed that dialogue is the only way to get peace in the country and added that the KP government is making all-out efforts to protect people.
