Hashwani offers to reconstruct Jinnah’s Ziarat residency

Leading businessman Sadruddin Hashwani on Saturday met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and offered to reconstruct Quaid-e-Azam Residency in Ziarat.

He conveyed his desire that he would engage best heritage experts to complete the task from the best available resources.

Official sources said the prime minister appreciated his gesture and said that the heritage of the father of the nation needed to be restored in its original shape.  He said the federal government would take all the steps for this purpose and ensure its security to avoid repetition of such an act in the future.

Hashwani, a business tycoon returned to Pakistan only last week after remaining abroad for five years.

  1. A commendable offer Sir, may God Bless you with more. Wish there were more people like you in this country, there are plenty who have milked this country for many years but could not think of this offer.

  2. Did the honorable P M Nawaz Sharif bothered to visit the devastated heritage? So much for love of the father of the nation and his heritage.

  3. How about doing something for those innocent victims and their families who have been killed, seriously wounded, and disabled for life by the terrorists.
