LAHORE – Zahra Faizan, wife of Faizan Haider who was shot by Raymond Davis at Mozang Chungi Chowk, has threatened to commit suicide if her husband’s killer was not hanged.
She thanked PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujat Hussain on Sunday for financial assistance and said that she would not forgive Raymond Davis at any cost. Zahra also said that she would not accept any financial assistance from the USA. She said that she wants to see Raymond Davis hanged at Mozang Chungi Chowk where her husband was killed. She threatened to commit suicide like Shumaila who ended her life one month ago.
Shujat meets Aitzaz: Shujaat on Sunday met with prominent lawyer and PPP senior leader and Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan. Former chief minister and PML-Q Pungab President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and his son MPA Moonis Elahi also accompanied Shujaat.
