The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) announced fresh party positions in the National Assembly as well as all the provincial assemblies on Wednesday.
In National Assembly, the PML-N emerged as the single largest party with 124 seats, followed by the PPP with 31 seats and the PTI with 27 seats.
Independent candidates got 28 seats while the PML-F four seats, the Jamaat-e-Islami three and the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) followed with two seats.
In Punjab, the PML-N grabbed 214 seats‚ the PTI 19, PPP six, while independents candidates won 39 seats.
In the Sindh Assembly‚ the PPP is leading with 63 seats, followed by the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) with 37 seats‚ the PML-F six‚ PML-N four, the National People’s Party three, the PTI one and independent candidates secured five seats.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa‚ the PTI won 35 seats‚ the JUI-F was second with 13 seats‚ the PML-N 12‚ the JI and the Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) both got seven seats each and independents secured 14 seats.
In the Balochistan Assembly‚ the PML-N and the PkMAP both secured nine seats each‚ the National Party seven seats‚ eth JUI-F got six‚ the JI three‚ the BNP two‚ the Jammot Qaumi Movement got two seats‚ the PML-Q won five while independent candidates won eight seats.
