Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Governor Engineer Shaukatullah said result-oriented steps are underway to ensure early rehabilitation of internally dislocated persons of FATA. He said he was personally ensuring that not a single affected family be left out from the financial assistance being offered by the government. Addressing delegations of elders, clerics and youth from various areas of Mohmand and Bajaur agencies on Sunday at Governor House, he pointed out that special initiatives were underway to expedite pace for disbursement of the compensation amount in line with aspirations of the people. The governor said maintenance of peace and normalcy was vital not only for making the rehabilitation process result-oriented but also to ensure well-being on a sustained basis. He also urged tribal elders to continue their support to further consolidate the ongoing efforts for strengthening peace and normalcy.
