Australia beat Pakistan in Group B match of ICC Women World Cup at Cuttack in India on Friday.
Chasing a modest target of 176, Pakistan were bowled out for 83 runs in 33.2 overs.
Earlier, in the second match of the event at Barabati Stadium the Australian team managed 175 in 46.1 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat first.
The main run scorers for Australia were RL Haynes (40) LC Sthalekar (32) and SJ Coyte with an unbeaten 36.
Sadia Yousuf was the pick of the Pakistani bowlers with 3/30 and was well supported by Asmavia Iqbal with 2/37.
