Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Sunday said that Tahirul Qadri’s ‘drama’ has proved to be a flop. Talking to journalists at the residence of Pakistan Muslim League-N President Nawaz Sharif, he said Rs 1.5 billion had been spent on the long march which will be put under a scrutiny and a case will be lodged against Dr Qadri for instigating anarchy in the country. Rana Sanaullah said the salaried staff of Tehreek-e-Minajul Quran joined the march in fear of losing their jobs. “The rest are those who have fallen prey to Tahirul Qadri’s rhetoric,” he added. He said ‘the Allama’ is traveling in a bullet-proof vehicle while his workers and followers are traveling in ordinary passenger buses.
