Disrespecting the graves

It is very sad to hear that the graves of Ahmadies have been disrespected by armed men a few days ago. Very amazingly, the incident happened not in any far off area, but actually in the heart of Lahore. More sad about it was the attitude of local police who reportedly denied to register the case, at first. This reflects a magnitude of the so-called “Talibanisation” in Pakistan. If authorities keep denying justice, there will be no peace. I hope that peace loving people of my country would become vocal now to establish justice, for the sake of peace.

  1. I absolutely agree with the writer. May Allah Almighty grant our people the sense to separate right from wrong.

  2. Pakistan may be the only country in the world where it,s own citizens desecrate the graves, try to destroy holy shrines—–all in the name of ?Allah. Once we use to go to these shrines to prey–we still do but with fear in our hearts There is no peace either in the graveyards or at the shrines. Have we really fallen so low?

  3. Desecrating the graves of the dead is inhumane and unislamic, even if these are the graves of non muslims.
