Medical report rejects Kulsoom claims of gun attack

Member of Sindh Assembly Kulsoom Chandio’s claimed that she was injured with a gunshot; but, according to police report, the doctors said the wound on Chandio’s body seems to be of a knife.
According to the first statement by Kulsoom Chandio, she was hit with a bullet during a robbery at Punjab Chowrangi. But, police sources, setting aside her previous claims said she did not receive any gunfire injury; instead, it seems to be a result of a sharp-edge weapon assault.
According to police sources, there was neither blood stain nor mark of any bullet on her car.
Meantime, there are varying reports regarding the incident site. Consequent upon the discrepancies, the Chandio’s medical report has been sealed.
Kulsoom hails from Dadu, where angry workers of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) mounted protest demonstration against the incident and demanded the attackers should summarily be arrested.
