The political administration recovered at least 25 abducted labourers from North Waziristan on Friday. According to police, unidentified men who had come from South Waziristan offered the local labourers to come to South Waziristan and work there at a wage of Rs 1,000 per day. The witnesses, present at the scene, said 25 labourers agreed to go with the men but never returned. The relatives of the abducted workers said they went to South Waziristan to search for their missing relatives but remained unable to find them. The political administration recovered these labourers with the help and protection from North Waziristan.
