As elections are coming nearer we are seeing politicians somersaulting and switching from one party to another, realigning their constituencies and making some odd statements on country’s situations. Where have they been in the past four years? Is their job only to contest election and get into NA or PA? Are they five-year birds? I had not heard of Chaudary Wajahat for all this time and he is a strong candidate for Q to field. Where was Ahmed Saeed? Now he is in the folds of N. These seasonal politicians are a menace to our socio-politico setup. They should be questioned about their five-year slumber. These people are supposed to be our lawmakers. That is why we have laws of 1937 and 1942 still governing our economic affairs. That is why our factories burn like an oven killing hundreds. That is why mafias make their own hydrants within the city and sell water in black marketing.
