DELAYING TACTICS FOR 48 MONTHS IS USUAL MODUS OPERANDI ALONG WITH MALIGNING,DISRESPECTING HIGHEST COURTS GUIDED BY THE POLITICAL,PARTISAN,EXTRA CONSTITUTIONAL CONDUCTING SADR FOR 48 NONTHS.UNFORTUNATELY JUDICIARY HAS BEEN TOO SOFT ON SADR AND TAKEN AWATY ATTENTION FROM HIS REAL SINS AND FOCUSING ON 'LETTER',HOW AND WHAT TO WRITE –'DARMYANI RASTA',NO WHERE EXISTING IN CONSTITUTION
These are funny tatics to linger on the case. Not fair, not reasonable ,not ustified only to make joke of the superior institution of the country. If Supreme Court is ery powerful, they immediately decide and close this chapter forever as there re others works to be done in the country..lingering on will be benefited by the ruling government and is an open insult to supreme court of Pakistan.
THESE ARE DIRTY AND UGLY TACTICS BY THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT TO CHEAT THE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN,UNFAIR,UNJUSTIFIED AND UNREASONABLE DELAY.IF YOU ARE RIGHT THEN SAY YES WHY TO ESCAPE BY TACTFUL AND FOXY ACTIONS.
SC has failed to implement rule of law, they also playing politics
SC cant do anything alone.See whole establishment and weak politicians on power seats have joined hands to take stand against this trial which is actually against NRO.
SC looks helpless in front of legal goons of Pakistan who are creator and protector of such laws that is aiding VIPs of Pakistan but they are trying best to resist it as long as possible. These judges are surely doing beyond their capacity but its benefit would go to nation not in pocket of these judges.
How many times it has to be obvious that generals, judges and their families are above constitution? The CJ must be a main witness as his son was running his business from father’s official residence. If a scam or illegal activities are taking place in his own official residence how could he not be brought to the court? In addition, the CJ made himself clear that his poor homeless son is an honest man, when he made this statement in the court. If that is not perjury and protecting a family member then what is? In fact in any other country the CJ would have been brought before the parliament or judiciary council and interrogated but it is Pakistan where there is no appeal against the CJ.
One should admit that at least PPP leaders have courage to appear before courts. They did not storm courts and respect institutions. But it seems that all are evil in PPP while people in establishment, PMLN and PTI are angles. One sided court decisions should a personal grudge of courts against PPP. The partisan courts have always targeted PPP in every era. PPP should revive Misaq e Jamohiryat, where there is NO concept of Supreme Court, but a federal court. Pakistan is NOT unitary system, it’s federation. Provincial courts should be made more powerful, devolve Supreme Court. Follow the charter of democracy. All the judges from Maulvi Mushtaq to current Cheap Justice are all angels. Don’t forget the case of Arslan chaudhri’s appointment in FIA and several others transgresses. I wonder why Cheap Justice just started behaving like Frishta. He should recall his past before mudslinging on PM or others.
S.C Court deny tghe request. How much time do the need to write asimple letter. If they fail to do so, just send him packing home wards. He does not deserve to be Prime Minister of this country of 180 million.
