I don’t know how and what makes the news channels decide what to give coverage and what not to coverage. Whatever their criteria, they need to get their priorities a little in order. They often give coverage to trivial news events and often ignore important stuff that ought to get coverage
It would be better if Pakistani channels also air any news and reports regarding Pakistani heroes. Recently on 20th August Nishan-i-Haider laurelled Shaheed Rashid Minhas death anniversary passed but no Pakistani channels aired any reports regarding this. Only social media (online media) was the place where some news regarding Rashid Minhas death anniversary was highlighted
