Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that 322 Ramazan bazaars would be set up during the month in the province.
Addressing a Ramazan package meeting held in tent office on Tuesday, the chief minister said that subsidies worth Rs4 billion would be provided to the people during the month.
He said that 10kg bag of flour will be provided to the masses for Rs230 in the Ramazan bazaars and Rs240 in open markets.
He said that the government would also set up ‘Ramazan Dastarkhwan’ to provide free Aftaar.
Shahbaz also directed the authorities to set up a control room to monitor the prices during the Holy Month.
