It is very good to see that the Punjab Govt has directed all the policemen to reduce their waist to 38 inches. 250 policemen in Punjab were suspended on failure to reduce their weight and waist.
Most of the policemen in Pakistan are overweight and also not friendly. Common people are afraid of policemen. All policemen should also attend workshops once in a month so that they can be trained on how to deal with the public in a congenial but firm manner.
This will help people in communicating with the police and will also increase the respect for the police amongst common people.
