Nowadays there is a trend to send messages through SMS. On the one hand it is a good facility when utilized for a good purpose. But those elements who propagate negative feelings about the country, its government, political leadership, armed forces and other reputable institutions also take advantage, misuse the facility and send derogatory messages. The objective is to influence the mind to confuse, divide the opinion and demoralize the audience. It is a form of communication where the person is not obvious so you are not sure whether the message is reliable or not as responsible citizens it is our duty as well to develop an awareness regarding such messages. If such a message is received and the sender is unknown immediately delete the message. Do not respond. If the sender is familiar, he may be requested not to forward such messages.
There is also a facility of blocking any undesirable number. The telephone company can be approached and a complaint launched helps to stop such propaganda. With the growing advanced technology day by day, the companies can also have a check and block such messages. Above all it is the awareness to a common man and specially the younger generation to understand the purpose of such messages, discourage and stop them by all fair means. Let us secure our today for the better tomorrow of our future generations.
