Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar on Thursday commended efforts of German Ambassador Dr Michael Koch in bringing the two countries ever closer.
Talking to the outgoing ambassador who called on her, she said that he had earned a lot of respect and admiration in Pakistan.
She also congratulated the ambassador on his appointment as Germany’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan and assured him that he would continue receiving Pakistan’s support in his new position as well.
