6 killed, 3 FC personnel injured in Balochistan violence

Six people were killed and three Frontier Corps personnel were injured in separate incidents of firing and landmine blast in various towns of Balochistan on Thursday while two bodies was recovered in Pishin and Kech districts.
Two Frontier Corps personnel were injured when unidentified armed men attacked a patrolling party in Pir Sori area of Dera Bugti.
The paramilitary forces retaliated, killing three assailants and also seizes their weapons. However, they said the names of the attackers could not be ascertained.
In another incident, an FC man was injured when he accidentally stepped on a landmine in Pir Koh area of Dera Bugti. He was moved to a nearby hospital for treatment.
In Khuzdar, a man was killed and another two injured in an armed clash.
A levies official said a clash erupted between two tribes over a dispute on a piece of land that resulted into the death of Shabir Ahmad and injuries to two others, including Qamarud Din.
Meanwhile, a person was killed in Mangochi area of Khuzdar district. The motive behind the killing could not be ascertained.
Unidentified people opened fire on Hidayatullah in Rekhni area of Barkhan. He received serious wounds and later succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, two bodies were found from Pishin and Kech districts.
The body found from Yaro area of Pishin was identified as Ajab Khan while that from Kech was identified as that of Abdul Rehman.
