The Prime Minister has announced a well deserved civilian award for Ms Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy for winning an Oscar. He should also announce an equally well deserved military award for his son for the death of two innocents caused by celebratory firing during the by-polls. Let us not forget a World Wrestling Federation honourary award for Mrs Waheeda Shah. The nation must honour its talented representatives.
