University of Management and Technology (UMT) with the collaboration of the Punjab Chess Association will organise the first UMT Intervarsity Chess Championship on Thursday October 27.
The championship will be played on the Swiss league basis in the group matches. The event will start at 09:00am.
As many as 12 teams from different top Institutes of Lahore are participating in the event.
Participating teams are: UMT, University of the Punjab, Government College University Lahore, FAST National University, LUMS, Aitchison College, COMSATS, Lahore Garrison University, Beaconhouse National University, SKANS, PAC and Defense Degree College Lahore.
