One can easily find police staff asking for lifts from commuters. These police personnel are mostly going home after a long and hectic duty spanning over many hours. Unfortunately, due to non-availability of any proper housing facility at or near their workplace, they have to travel long distances. In the absence of any transportation facility by the police department, this becomes a very difficult commute. The administration and higher-ups of police should take measures for arranging both housing and transport facilities for the lower staff. On the other hand, the public should also cooperate with these personnel in their commute, as they are there to serve them.
