Failed conference

All Party Conference or say it All Party Festival ended the other day with a few resolutions to be approved by the Parliament at a later date. For the time being it is just a piece of paper signed but not binding upon the signatories. It is up to the ruling party what steps it takes to implement it.

The past experience shows that as the governance of the ruling party is very poor, it is therefore unlikely that it would take any serious action on the resolution. From the start, they should have discussed the internal situation of the country.

The economy is stagnant, corruption is at its highest peak, there is shortfall of electricity, plight of PIA and Railways which are speedily collapsing, and rising unemployment are the major issues which needed the attention of the conference.
