Various departments of the Punjab University (PU) displayed the first merit list of BS, MA, Msc, Mphil and Phd programmes on Sunday. Lists were displayed on the respective departments as well as on the varsity’s website. The varsity has granted relaxation in the last date for submission of BS admission forms to those candidates whose intermediate result was late.
Students complained that lists of various departments were not available online and they had to visit the university to see the lists. Professor Amin Ather, in-chage of varsity’s admission committee and directors of PU Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology director, said merit lists of some departments had been uploaded and hoped that the lists of all the departments would be uploaded on the varsity’s website by Monday (today).
