An anti corruption court on Tuesday confirmed the post-arrest bails of Prof Arif Junaid and Akmal involved in leaking entry test paper of University of Engineering and Technology (UET). The court while confirming the post-arrest bails, directed the accused to submit bail bonds of Rs 0.1 million each in the court. A case has been registered in Gujar Pura Police Station under sections 409 (criminal breach of trust by a public servant) and 109 (abetment) of Pakistan Penal Code against the aforementioned and other accused for allegedly leaking entry test papers of UET.
