KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday dismissed the plea filed by Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani’s brother Agha Maseehuddin Durrani seeking permission for Hajj.
A SHC bench heard Durrani’s plea and dismissed it by directing him to cooperate with an accountability court. The bench remarked that if reference had been filed against the accused then he should file a plea in the trail court.
Agha Maseehuddin was named in a reference by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Agha Siraj pertaining to the assets beyond means sources.
