KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday directed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to submit a progress report in the assets beyond means case against PPP leader Manzoor Wassan till Dec 11.
During the hearing, the NAB prosecutor sought more time to present the report. “The bureau needs more time to submit the progress report as investigations are underway,” he said.
After completing the hearing, the SHC accepted the NAB’s request and directed the bureau to submit the report till Dec 11.
Following the hearing, Wassan said, “Jail is not a new place for us,” adding that he was always prepared to “face such situations”.
