ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Judge (DSJ) Sohail Nasir Wednesday released a woman Bushra Bibi allegedly involved in a murder case.
According to details, she was accused of her husband Muhammad Aslam murder with the help of her friend in September 2016.
The body of deceased husband was found in Noon police limits who was slaughtered and his face was unidentifiable.
The Bushra was released due to lack of evidence.
The brother of deceased also gave a statement in favor of Bushra of not being involved in the murder.
After the statement of the deceased’s brother, the accused filed a petition for acquittal from the case against which the DSJ removed the name of Bushra Bibi and ordered her release.
