SARGODHA: A sexual harassment case has been filed against a head of department (HOD) of the Bhakkar campus of the University of Sargodha.
According to details, the case has been filed in Bhakkar City Police Station against Sajid Iqbal from the mathematics department over charges of sexual harassment.
The case has been filed by the father of a BS student. He has alleged that the professor called his daughter into his office and blackmailed her after sexually harassing her, the first information report (FIR) states.
The footage of the incident had gone viral on social media earlier, upon which notice was taken. The student has provided the video clip as documentary evidence.
