KHAIRPUR: Three women lost their lives while 15 persons received injuries in a road accident near Khairpur on Monday.
Reportedly, a passenger van was on its way to Sukkur from Thari Mirwah town when it collided with a rickshaw near Kotdigi in district Khairpur. As a result, three women, who were in a rickshaw, were killed while 15 bus passengers sustained injuries.
The bodies and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Khairpur for medico-legal formalities and treatment. Police said the van went out of driver’s control and hit the rickshaw.
