ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Cybercrime Wing, under the directives of Ministry of Interior, has decided to launch a crackdown against those involved in displaying weapons on social media.
According to sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed State Minister for Interior Shehryar Khan Afridi to take action against gangs involved in harassing and scaring the citizens by displaying weapons on social media.
A plan has been evolved in this regard by FIA’s Cybercrime Wing for launching a crackdown against these groups.
