KASUR: Police on Tuesday arrested four people after they allegedly shaved the head as well as facial hair of a man for flirting with a girl.
As per the details, the Mustafabad police registered a case against Muhammad Waseem, Shabbir, Haider and Ghouri under sections 365, 355, 506B and 337 for allegedly torturing Naveed Ahmed and shaving off his hair, eyebrows and moustache after kidnapping him from his workplace.
Naveed had allegedly flirted with a girl belonging to the suspects’ family.
Taking notice of the incident, Kasur district police officer (DPO) directed registering an FIR [First Information Report] against the accused.
Mustafabad SHO Saqlain Bukhari told this scribe that all four accused had been arrested and were on a three-day remand. “Further investigation is underway and will be completed on merit with no culprit being spared.”
