Utility stories across country resume sale

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Utility Stores Corporation Chairman Wajid Ali Swati on Wednesday said the sale of daily commodities on utility stores has been resumed again.

He added all utility stories in the country will be supplied daily commodities soon. He said that they will work hard and will make the corporation a profitable organization again.

Ali said this while chairing a meeting of the executive board in Islamabad on Wednesday. The union members in a large strength and other officials also attended the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to bring financial improvement in the cooperation and make it a profitable organisation. The meeting was hopeful that the organisation will soon see improvement in its performance.

He said the sale of daily commodities have been resumed at all utility stores in the country and they will soon be supplied all commodities. He said new measures will be taken to improve the organisation performance and range of commodities will also be increased. The financial expenses will also be reduced, he added.

Swati further said that the purpose of establishing utility stories was to provide relief to the poor. He maintained that the new management of the organisation will increase facilities for the masses.

He assured the union members that the government has accepted all their demands and dues will soon be released to the employees. The union members also assured their full support to the chairman.
