KARACHI: On the coast of Mubarak village, the operation to clean up oil spill by the Pakistan Navy (PN) with the cooperation of Maritime Security Agency (MSA) and other institutions has been completed.
According to Pakistan Navy spokesman, more than a hundred personnel of Pakistan Navy have participated in the cleaning operation.
During the operation, more than 15 tonnes of oil waste had been cleansed up from the coast. Local fishermen appreciated the operation by the PN.
The spokesman said that Pakistan Navy will pay its due role for the protection of the environment of sea.
