KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Thursday claimed to have arrested 10 suspects, including an alleged target killer from different areas of the metropolis.
According to a Rangers’ spokesperson, a Rangers team conducted a targeted raid in Eidgah area and apprehended an alleged target killer, Muhammad Shariq.
The arrested accused was said to be affiliated a Lyari gang war group. In different operations in the metropolis, the paramilitary force and police arrested eight street criminals and a drug peddler.
They were stated to be involved in robberies, snatching of valuables from citizens, drug peddling and so-forth.
The ranger also recovered weapons, drugs and snatched mobile phones from their possession. They were handed over to police for further legal action.
