LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supreme leader Nawaz Sharif Sunday was unable to cast vote as he forgot to bring computerized national identity card (CNIC) along with him.

The supremo’s daughter and political heir-apparent Maryam Nawaz and mother were also accompanying him.

Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif arrived at the Government College of Science and Technology polling station in the NA-124 constituency of Lahore.

In NA-124, a close competition is being expected between PML-N backed former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Ghulam Mohiuddin.
