ISLAMABAD: United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) Ambassador to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al Zaabi on Wednesday called on Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
During the meeting they discussed further enhancing bilateral ties and matters related to mutual interest.
The ambassador felicitated Shah Mehmood Qureshi on assuming the charge of the foreign ministry as well.
During the meeting, the foreign minister praised the envoy on playing a role in strengthening relations between Pakistan and the UAE.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi also praised Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on supporting polio eradication campaign in Pakistan.
