ISLAMABAD: Three senators belonging to the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) joined the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on Saturday.
According to a party notification, Senator Aurangzeb Khan, Senator Sajjad Hussain Turi and Senator Mirza Mohammad Afridi separately met Prime Minister Imran Khan at his Banigala residence and expressed their confidence in PTI’s manifesto.
The premier welcomed them into his party.
Defence Minister Pervez Khattak and Senator Haji Fida were also present during the meetings.
