The local revenue department in Multan is examining land records to see if former Member National Assembly (MNA) captain (r) Muhammad Safdar, his wife Maryam Nawaz and their children own any property in the district, a local media outlet reported on Sunday.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Additional Director General Zahir Shah wrote a letter to Multan commissioner stating that NAB was conducting an inquiry against Safdar and required documents if Safdar and his family owned property in the district.
