A Pakistan Sarzameen Party (PSP) worker was found with a slashed throat in Landhi area on Sunday, a private media outlet reported. The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Tabish, who was a resident of Khurramabad, local police said.
The perpetrators tried to dispose-off his body in an empty water tank, however, they failed to do so, a local police official said. He added that Tabish had also been arrested by police before.
“Initial reports suggest that he was killed owing to a personal enmity,” the police official said. Police have registered a case in this regard and an investigation is underway.
