KARACHI: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday announced that former chairman of Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) Abdul Rahim Janoo and ex-chairman Travel Agents Association of Pakistan Yahya Polani have joined the party.
The announcement was decided at a breakfast hosted at Janoo’s house in honour of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, who is currently on a two-day election campaign in Karachi.
On the occasion, Janoo and Polani said that currently, PTI is the only political party that realises the issues faced by Pakistanis.
Furthermore, Janoo and Polani expressed their complete confidence in PTI’s leadership, vowing to strengthen the party in the metropolis.
They said that no stone will be left unturned to remove the grievances of the people, especially the citizens of Karachi, after winning the elections.
