ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Friday requested the Interior Ministry to put the names of two secretaries of the Punjab government and five chief executive officers (CEO) of the provincial government-owned companies on the Exit Control List (ECL) to prevent them from leaving Pakistan.
According to reports, NAB has requested 23 names to be put on the ECL including Primary and Secondary Healthcare Secretary Ali Khan Jan, Gujranwala Waste Management Company CEO Dr Ataal Haq and Haroon Ashraf. Other names include Okara Deputy Commissioner Aslam Qasmi, Faisalabad Price Committee members Arshad Ahmed, Mian Latif, Ali Bajwa and Muhammad Aslam, Lahore Waste Management Company head Waseem Ajmal, Knowledge Park Company CEO Shahid Zaman, Paragon City Manager Shehzad Waheed and Finance Director Farhan Ali.
The bureau has also sought the names of Malik Asif, Mian Tahir Jawed, Abdur Rasheed, Shahid Shafeeq, Imran, Rana Muhammad Arif, Jamil Ahmed, Khalid Majeed, Najam Shah, Rashid Majeed and Syed Furrukh Ali Shah to be put on the ECL.
