QUETTA: Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal lamented that his party’s position had not been taken into consideration during the selection process of Balochistan caretaker chief minister (CM).
Speaking to a gathering in Kalat, Mengal said, “The BNP-M won’t allow anyone to steal our mandate as they did in 2013 elections. Those who were in government for five years attempted to occupy opposition benches as well.”
Mengal also said that his party would contest the upcoming general elections with full fervour.
“I want to assure the people of Balochistan that instead of ruling the people we are going to strive for their basic rights,” he added.
