KAMALIA: A woman, shot by her brother a month ago, succumbed to her injuries Thursday afternoon.
According to the details, Subia had expressed her desire to marry a person of her own choice but was shot by her brother in the leg. Tahir locked Subia inside her room and ran away afterwards, causing her wound to deteriorate.
The body has been shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for postmortem and a case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
